Process Engineering Engineer

You will take responsibility for processes and plants in the production of substrates in thin-film technology and drive their continuous improvement.

Tasks

• Responsibility for individual processes, plants, and measuring devices
• Yield improvement of serial products
• Contact person for production employees regarding occurring problems
• Error analysis and optimization of existing recipes and processes including reporting
• Training of production employees
• Implementation of new process workflows and production plants including documentation
• Planning and management of internal projects and customer projects

Profile

• Technical training (e.g., physics or chemistry laboratory technician, microsystems technician) with several years of professional experience or FH/university degree (microsystems technology, chemistry, physics, engineering)
• Relevant knowledge is an advantage, but not a basic requirement
• Independent, systematic, and determined working style
• Understanding of the needs of a production company
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing
