To collaborate in the Münsterlinger Modell: recovery-based, restriction-free and goal-open addiction work in an inpatient addiction therapeutic setting. You will take over ##

• Professional care of our patients as a reference person in the nursing process from admission to discharge in a multi-professional team
• Collaboration and leadership of nursing & psychotherapeutic group and individual offers
• Planning and implementation of milieu-therapeutic activities
• Coordination of processes/tasks with pre- and post-care instances
• Integration into and professional support by a multi-professional, dynamic and humorous team
• The chance to contribute to the ongoing process of the conceptual and structural further development of the ward
• For employees with a part-time workload, there is the possibility of an additional, flexibly designable activity in the employee pool

You bring ##

• Completed training as a nursing professional HF/FH, preferably with a focus on psychiatry
• Open, person-centered, participatory communication competence
• A patient-centered, non-judgmental and empathic attitude is important to us
• Empathy and joy in dealing with mentally ill people in the sense of recovery
• Flexibility, independence, resilience and ability to work in a team
• Co-shaping a positive working climate in an interprofessional team
