LANDSCAPING TEAM LEADER (M/F)

Profile:

• Several years of successful experience in landscaping, with a position of responsibility or coordination
• Professional training in horticulture, landscape design, gardening or equivalent experience
• Solid technical skills in the creation and maintenance of green spaces, plantings, lawns, flower beds, hedges and irrigation systems
• Ability to read and interpret plans and to organize construction sites
• Experience in team management and in the coordination of several stakeholders
• Autonomy, rigor and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to represent the company to clients

Mission:
We are looking for a qualified landscaping team leader to supervise several private and public construction sites.
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Organize and supervise teams of technicians and landscaping workers
• Plan interventions, distribute tasks and control the quality of work
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and deadlines on construction sites
• Advise and communicate with clients regarding projects and the maintenance of green spaces
• Participate, if necessary, in technical work and the implementation of plantings and landscaping
