What you can contribute

• Fully carry out - across the entire Source-to-Pay process - IT procurement projects with amounts lower than the thresholds set by the WTO
• Accompany and advise requesting departments in procurement planning
• Execute purchases in accordance with the regulations applicable to public procurement
• Represent the CSI-DFJP to external partners for procurement-related questions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and documentation regarding procurement

What makes you unique

• Technical or commercial basic training and further training in procurement
• Professional experience in operational procurement, ideally public procurement, and in the IT field, as well as notions of business administration
• Talent for communication and highly developed teamwork skills
• Proficiency in IT, good mastery of MS Office applications and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Good knowledge of a second official language
