For our location in Niederurnen, we are looking for, by arrangement, an experienced

Electrical Installer EFZ or Service Technician (m/f/d) for the maintenance of our production plants

As part of our maintenance and automation team, you will ensure the high availability of our modern production plants for the manufacture of innovative and sustainable fiber cement products. At the center of your work is troubleshooting: you find out why a plant has stopped and ensure that it runs again.

Tasks

• Troubleshooting and fault rectification on production plants
• Maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and components
• Wiring, conversions, and expansions to control cabinets and plants
• Electrical installations in the factory
• Participation in projects, conversions, and commissioning of machines and plants
• Support for our automation technicians during diagnosis and repair
• Documentation of the work performed and updating of diagrams

Requirements

• Completed training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or a comparable basic electrotechnical education
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems or machines – for example from service, industry, or plant engineering
• Enjoyment in systematically narrowing down an error rather than just replacing parts
• Knowledge of drive and control technology is an advantage; PLC knowledge is not a requirement
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as ability to work in a team
• Very good German language skills
• Willingness to perform occasional on-call duty
