Your tasks • Independent management of the accounting for rental properties as well as condominiums (STWEG) • Preparation of semi-annual and annual financial statements • Preparation of heating and service charge statements • Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable • Monitoring of liquidity (rent and owner accounts) • Preparation of wage and AHV statements for caretakers • Dunning processes and collection activities • Support and communication with tenants, owners as well as STWEG customers • General administrative activities Your profile • Completed commercial basic training • Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting (rental properties and STWEG mandatory) • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • High service orientation and communication strength • Resilient, reliable and flexible • Ability to set priorities correctly and take responsibility • Team player with high commitment • Very good German skills (native language or C1/C2) • Experience with the real estate software W&W is an advantage The offer • Permanent employment in a stable and growing company • Familiar and dynamic team • Short decision-making paths and high personal responsibility • Pleasant working atmosphere Dissatisfied, underchallenged or ready to discover something new?
