Stiftung Sternwies operates various residential groups, a workshop, a work atelier, and a creative atelier for adults with a mental impairment. The goal of our offerings is to maintain and promote skills as well as the greatest possible independence in all areas of life. Our offerings are oriented towards socio-psychiatric needs and changes and are continuously being further developed.

Due to the retirement of an employee in the Wohngruppe Linde (19 residents), we are looking for a socially competent and integrative personality as a successor.

Social Psychiatry Specialist / Deputy Head of Residential Group ##

Your main tasks ###

• Individual promotion of the residents in their living competence and independent everyday organization
• Resource-oriented key person work
• Assessment of psychopathopathological changes and initiation of suitable measures
• Administrative tasks and maintaining case documentation
• Coordination of the daily operational processes and monitoring of the infrastructure
• Creation of an appealing living environment
• Collaboration within the framework of quality management and in change processes
• Cooperation and networking with various institutions and specialist services
• Deputy management of a socio-psychiatric residential facility

• Joy and interest in the interaction with people with a mental impairment and understanding for their concerns and needs
• Education with a degree in psychiatric nursing, social work/social pedagogy, health, or care
• Several years of professional experience and proven knowledge of social psychiatry
• Proactive, resilient, and patient personality
