On our interdisciplinary inpatient ward of Internal Medicine, a varied working day with diverse patient situations and close cooperation in the interprofessional team awaits you. In doing so, it is important to us that you can contribute with your experience and strengths and simultaneously develop professionally. Do you come from long-term care and want to dare the step into acute care? You are also very welcome with us in that case. We will accompany you with a structured induction, tailored to your previous experience, during your entry into the new working environment. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Together with FH/HF registered nurses, you look after an assigned group of patients in a nursing tandem and actively help shape their care. • You bring your competencies independently and responsibly into daily nursing care. • Through the close cooperation with various professional groups and specialists, you make an important contribution to professional and patient-centered care. • You accompany learners and nursing interns in everyday work and let them benefit from your knowledge and experience. • With additional tasks in the areas of administration and logistics, you contribute to a well-organized ward routine. Your profile • You have completed training as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ. • You enjoy learning new things and developing professionally. • You appreciate a varied working day and cooperation with different professional groups. • You enjoy working independently, take on responsibility, and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations. • Open, appreciative, and respectful communication is important to you. • Experience in acute care is an advantage, but not a requirement. Even if you have worked in long-term care or another nursing area so far, we look forward to your application and will support you in your entry into acute care.
