You ensure the coordination of technical interventions and ensure an enjoyable and secure living environment for tenants. Your responsibilities: ### • Ensure maintenance of the exteriors: mowing, pruning, cleaning and snow removal • Guarantee the cleanliness and maintenance of order in the common areas (halls, stairwells, basements, laundries, common rooms, etc.) • Perform routine maintenance work and small repairs (greasing, replacement of seals, unclogging, etc.) • Coordinate and perform move-in and move-out inspections • Ensure the administrative and technical follow-up of the buildings • Plan and coordinate the interventions of different trades • Manage waste (sorting, containers) and perform seasonal tasks (salting, snow removal) • Monitor technical installations (heating, ventilation, lighting, etc.) • Maintain regular contact with tenants and intervene in case of need or emergency • Report any incident, damage or malfunction Your profile: ### • CFC facility management agent or confirmed experience in a similar function (concierge, facility management agent, building caretaker or equivalent) • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written • Sense of organization, autonomy and service spirit • Rigorous, reliable and proactive personality • Good basic technical knowledge (electricity, plumbing, maintenance) • Interpersonal skills and good presentation • Driving license indispensable and personal vehicle required • Proficiency in office tools (MS Office) and administrative ease Your advantages: ### • A fixed 100% position in a stable and professional environment • A varied, autonomous and rewarding activity • Attractive working conditions • The possibility to invest yourself sustainably within a solid structure ### About us: ### At Safeguard Global Suisse, we specialize in staff leasing (temporary and permanent personnel placement) and offer personalized solutions to support companies in their recruitment needs, throughout Switzerland and beyond.
