What awaits you

• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable including payment transactions and dunning management
• Support of the travel management process
• Support in project and investment controlling
• Processing of workflows for expense and credit card settlements
• Collaboration in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Analysis, optimization and further development of existing processes
• Collaboration in ERP and digitalization projects within the corporate group
• Creation of evaluations and reports with common BI tools and Excel
• Step-by-step training in data architecture and Business Intelligence to ensure deputy coverage in the team

• Commercial basic training with further training in finance and accounting or business informatics
• High IT affinity and strong interest in digital processes and digitalization projects
• Experience with ERP systems, electronic invoice receipt solutions and ideally business intelligence tools
• Confident use of Microsoft 365, knowledge of standard ERP solutions is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Assertive, flexible and resilient personality
• Strong interest in business connections
• Stylish German as well as very good English skills in speaking and writing (at least B2)
