Head of HR Switzerland

With four production centers and 24 locations, KNF is represented in the most important sales markets around the globe. Switzerland plays a central role in this: development, production, marketing, control, and coordination take place here. We are now commissioned to approach an empathetic and impactful personality for the responsibility as Head of HR Switzerland. In this function, you report to the Director Group HR and are responsible for the four KNF locations Sursee, Reiden, Balterswil, and Schenkon with your five-member team. You advise managers in the areas of Talent Management, Leadership Development, as well as culture and organizational development. You ensure the effective implementation of all core HR processes along the employee lifecycle and drive HR transformations as well as process harmonizations. In the Swiss management teams, you represent HR and, together with international HR colleagues, shape global initiatives. We are looking for an experienced HR leader with successes as a Business Partner and practice in culture development. You have proven skills in leading organizational changes and the successful accompaniment of transformation initiatives. You have stakeholder management and audience-appropriate communication under control. You bring HR expertise in the topics of compliance, Swiss labor law, and risk management. You are business fluent in German and English. You are AI- and system-savvy and have ideally already worked with SAP.
