Your tasks at the new employer:

• You assume global financial responsibility, guarantee liquidity and the quality of results, and steer the sustainable economic development of the hospital operation
• As a member of the management, you act as a thought partner for the CEO and the supervisory board, and translate financial analyses into clear bases for strategic decisions
• The management of five direct reports as well as the supervision of the finance, infrastructure, services, and IT departments are combined with a high operational commitment
• You advance transversal transformation and digitalization projects and create solid bases for decision-making with HOSPIC as well as the HC BI tool

You offer your new employer:

• A completed higher education in business administration with specialization in finance and accounting, controlling, or health economics constitutes your professional basis
• Knowledge of HOSPIC, HC BI Tool, and REKOLE is an advantage
• Several years of experience as a CFO and proven practice in a hospital or in the healthcare sector are indispensable
