Job Description ## In this function, you will take responsibility for ongoing accounting and actively contribute to the quality and reliability of financial data. Your main tasks include: • Responsibility for the entire process of creditor and debtor invoices - from processing to correct accounting entry • Ongoing monitoring of debtors, including dunning, clarification of differences, and processing of disputes and collection issues • Review of expense reports as well as control and validation of the T&E process • Preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs for internal approval • Creation of MWST statements and ensuring compliance with corresponding tax obligations • Management of fixed assets, including ongoing updates and correct balance sheet entry • Active participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings: creation of bookings, account reconciliations, analysis of deviations, and support of reporting • Daily control of accounting flows and ensuring clean data quality, in particular by checking the information provided by the SSC and correcting any errors • Support in sales analyses and internal evaluations to ensure reliable reporting according to CO and IFRS • Close collaboration with internal contacts and the SSC to continuously ensure efficient and high-quality accounting processes • Participation in the planned SAP migration to S/4HANA, particularly in tests, process adjustments, or system environment - depending on project progress The Successful Applicant ## • Completed training or studies in the field of accounting • Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally 3 to 5 years in a comparable function • In-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting • Very good German language skills (at least C1), mandatory; good English language skills in a professional environment • Rapid availability is an advantage • High IT affinity and enjoyment of working with systems; SAP knowledge is a plus • Strong affinity for numbers as well as a secure handling of accounting controls and analyses • Structured, reliable, and independent working method with a good sense of priorities • Interest in structured processes and motivation to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and quality assurance in the finance area What's on Offer ## • A dynamic and collegial work environment in a manageable, yet internationally oriented organization. • The stability and long-term development prospects of an established international corporate group. • A corporate culture that promotes personal responsibility, independence, and continuous improvement. • Exciting projects, particularly in the area of further development of financial processes and ERP systems. • Flexible working conditions and a balanced work-life balance. • The opportunity to develop professionally and personally in an international environment.
