Your area of responsibility As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you are responsible for data analysis as well as the development of management information reports to support operational and strategic decisions for Investment Solutions Europe. Your area of responsibility includes the following tasks: You develop, optimize, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. You work closely with the specialist departments, capture reporting requirements, and develop tailor-made technical solutions from them. You develop and maintain data models with Microsoft Fabric and thereby ensure a consistent, reliable data basis for reporting and in-depth analyses. You are the central contact person for data- and reporting-related topics within Investment Solutions Europe. You work cross-functionally with stakeholders to further develop data processes, reporting standards, and analytical capabilities. You support management and the specialist departments with meaningful analyses, relevant key figures, and business reports. You ensure data consistency and quality and continuously develop them further. You support sales activities through sound market analyses. Your profile You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study. You bring professional experience in Business Intelligence and database management, particularly in the creation of analyses, dashboards, and reports. You have sound knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI as well as in development with DAX and Power Query M. You have experience with programming languages and tools such as SQL. You understand the concepts of data modeling and know the central principles of high data quality. Ideally, you bring experience or a strong interest in the financial services industry, particularly in the areas of portfolio management, investment advisory, or financial analysis. You work independently, efficiently, and precisely. You communicate proficiently in German and English - both orally and in writing.
