To contribute to our inclusive goals and guarantee the well-being, health, and quality of life of the people we support, we are looking for, for Le PAM (pôle autisme multidisciplinaire) in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, a:

Educator (M/F/X) - CDI at 60%

We offer you:

• Team and individual coaching.
• Team supervisions.
• Training related to the mission.
• Collaboration between the different structures of the Fondation.
• Status according to the social work collective labor agreement.

We ask of you

• A diploma as an educator ES, HES or ASE or as a special education teacher or a title deemed equivalent.
• Recognized experience in supporting persons with autism spectrum disorder with an intellectual disability.
• An interest in challenging behaviors, structured approaches, and crisis management.
• Training in challenging behaviors, in structured and behavioral approaches as well
• as in autism will be a plus.
• Motivation to work within a project that involves challenges.
• A sense of responsibility and communication, as well as capacities for analysis, collaboration, adaptation, and autonomy.
• Ease with non-verbal communication.
• Observation skills and rigor.
• An interest in teamwork, in networks, with families and legal representatives.
• Ease with administrative work and the use of IT tools.
• Schedule flexibility within a day center type organization.
• A driver's license.
