For a modern and established rehabilitation clinic in the Thurgau region, we are looking for an engaged Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH 80-100 % for the acute geriatrics department, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (for degrees obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Professional experience in acute geriatrics, rehabilitation, acute care, or long-term care is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration

Tasks ##

• You undertake the professional and holistic care and support of patients in acute geriatrics
• You plan, manage, and evaluate the nursing process independently and ensure a high quality of care
• You specifically promote the mobility, independence, and existing resources of the patients
• You carry out nursing and medical-technical measures according to your competencies
• You recognize changes in health status at an early stage and initiate the necessary measures
• You accompany patients as well as their relatives competently and empathetically
• You work closely with the medical service, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and other specialist departments
