On behalf of one of our partners located in the Bienne region, we are currently looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Site Manager to ensure the preparation, organization, and monitoring of various construction projects.

Job Description

• Lead and supervise construction sites in the field of civil engineering
• Ensure complete project management, from preparation to delivery
• Plan, organize, and coordinate the various stages of the work
• Prepare construction sites and define the necessary human, technical, and material resources
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and various stakeholders
• Perform measurements and control quantities
• Establish statements of account and ensure the monitoring of additional work
• Actively participate in site meetings
• Ensure financial monitoring and control the costs of the various projects
• Ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines
• Control the quality and conformity of the work performed
• Ensure the monitoring and management of site reports
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and instructions
• Anticipate difficulties and propose suitable solutions for unforeseen events encountered on the construction sites

Profile Sought

• Solid and recognized training as a site manager
• Proven experience in site management, ideally in civil engineering in Switzerland
• Excellent knowledge of the various stages of a civil engineering site
• Good mastery of measurements, statements of account, and the financial monitoring of sites
• Ability to manage several projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent sense of organization and priorities
• Autonomous, flexible, conscientious, and responsible
• Good team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisions and find solutions quickly
• Reliable, proactive, and results-oriented person
• Mastery of Swiss German – minimum B2 level
• Good knowledge of French, a real advantage for the bilingual Bienne region
• Driver's license
