At the Swiss production site, high-precision components and complex high-tech products are created, among other things, for international motorsport and e-mobility. To strengthen the manufacturing team, we are looking for an experienced CNC turner with enjoyment of demanding machining and high quality.

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, toolmaker, or an equivalent technical training
• Sound specialist knowledge in metal machining
• Practical experience in CNC manufacturing
• Experience in CNC turning and in setting up turning machines
• Good knowledge in reading and implementing technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
• A reliable, independent, and precise way of working
• A pronounced quality awareness and a good eye for detail
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of demanding manufacturing tasks
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness for work in a 2-shift operation as well as temporarily in a 3-shift operation if required
• Flexibility and resilience even with changing requirements
• A communicative and team-capable personality
• Enjoyment of a dynamic industrial production environment
• The ability to work calmly and with concentration even in hectic situations
