Production Specialist (80–100 %) Cable Assembly & Electronics

Your tasks

• You take responsibility for rough and fine planning and ensure a smooth process in production
• You ensure quality, monitor processes, and solve challenges efficiently and proactively
• You actively participate in daily business, record feedback in the ERP system, and take care of the maintenance of machines and equipment
• You drive continuous improvement and implement Lean Management principles in a targeted manner
• You are responsible for the introduction of new orders, check feasibility, and accompany rollouts until successful implementation
• You lead employees with assistance needs in an appreciative and promoting manner and ensure optimal personnel deployment
• You implement the agogic mandate and its quality standards in cooperation with the Agogics Specialist

What you bring

• Basic technical training in the electrical industry (e.g., Automatiker/in EFZ, Elektroniker/in EFZ or comparable)
• Experience in production as well as leadership, ideally in regulated environments
• Sound specialist knowledge in cable assembly (cutting, stripping, stripping insulation, crimping, soldering, wiring according to plan or diagram)
• Knowledge in quality management (ISO 9001:2015) as well as experience in Lean Management
• Business understanding and confident handling of ERP systems
• High social competence; agogic competencies are an advantage or willingness for further training
