Bed Coordinator

The Abdomen medical division includes the areas of visceral surgery, hepatology, gastroenterology, nephrology, urology and thoracic surgery.
The KoBA medical division includes the areas of acute geriatrics, orthopaedics, otorhinolaryngology (ENT), head and neck surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery as well as plastic and hand surgery.

What to expect

• Responsible for the bed disposition and coordination of 245 inpatient beds in MB Abdomen and KoBA
• Disposition of emergencies as well as further transfers
• Ensuring smooth bed management and optimal utilization

What you bring with you

• Diploma in healthcare with professional experience in the acute sector being an advantage, as well as a basic understanding of medical specialist knowledge
• High professional, personal and social competencies as well as flexibility, organizational skills, resilience and enthusiasm for innovation
• Commitment to team-oriented cooperation
• Strong communication skills, decision-making competence and assumption of responsibility
