Service Technician 100%

Activities:

• You will undertake worldwide assignments for inspections, periodic maintenance work, and repairs on the systems.
• You will systematically analyze malfunctions and rectify errors on swiveling bending systems as well as cutting machines directly at the customer's site.
• You will assemble new systems, commission them professionally, and instruct the local operating personnel.
• You will competently advise users on technical questions and support them directly on the system.
• You will ensure first-class customer support through your reliable and quality-conscious commitment.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed basic technical training as a mechatronics technician, automation specialist, electromechanic, or in a related field.
• You possess sound practical knowledge in the interaction of electromechanics, mechanics, and modern system controls.
• You are experienced in troubleshooting as well as the maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
• You have sound experience in the safe handling of diagnostic tools and control software.
• You are an independent personality with a structured, customer-oriented, and solution-oriented way of thinking.
• You have high flexibility and enthusiasm and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You have business-fluent German skills and good language skills in English (spoken and written).
• Advantageously, you bring knowledge in French or Italian.
• You have a strong willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
