Your tasks:

• Maintaining the property accounting for condominiums and rental properties
• Preparing interim and annual financial statements as well as non-official accounts
• Preparing budgets
• Preparing heating and service charge statements
• Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Monitoring incoming payments and implementing the dunning process
• Collaborating with property managers and external partners

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial or technical basic training
• Professional experience in the accounting of condominiums and rental properties
• Passion for real estate and its management
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a high awareness of quality
• Enjoyment in working through complex topics and taking on responsibility
• Independent, exact and structured way of working
• Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of the real estate management software ImmoTop2 is an advantage
• Stylistically confident German in speaking and writing
