As an institution, Tabor is a competence center for long-term psychiatric care as well as a small part in traditional elderly care. It is under medical management and specifically offers mentally ill people – whether young or old – a dignified home with individual daily structures. We are always looking for good solutions for an optimal, open or protected placement.

With immediate effect, we are looking for a

Cook EFZ (100%) permanent

Your tasks:
-You pamper our residents and our guests daily with fresh food. You prepare both cold and warm dishes independently.
-Co-responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen
-Responsible for the assigned station
-You contribute your own ideas to menu design
-Close cooperation with the entire team (including service and nursing staff)
-You create the daily Mise en Place and process fresh and seasonal food for this purpose
-Support with orders and control of incoming goods

Requirements:
-Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ
-Experience in hospital or nursing home kitchens is an advantage
-You have good German skills in speaking and writing
-You enjoy working in a team, are flexible and solution-oriented
-Creative handling of food and a desire for good quality
-You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays
