For our client in the Schaffhausen area, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced personality as Hochbauzeichner/in 40-100% ### Your tasks • Create precise technical drawings and construction and detail plans for various projects in CAD software • Close collaboration with architects, civil engineers, and other construction specialists • Shared responsibility, monitoring, and updating of planning documents according to construction progress • Maintain contact with customers and team members to understand and implement requirements and changes • Independent processing of building applications • Keep accurate records of work performed and technical specifications • Everyday administrative and office work Requirements • Completed training as a Hochbauzeichner/in or comparable qualification • Proven experience in creating construction plans and technical drawings in the construction industry • Confident handling of common CAD programs (preferably Vektor-Works) • Knowledge of 3D and BIM planning is an advantage • Strengths in spatial and design thinking • Teamwork and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment • Very good German language skills in word and writing are required to communicate effectively and maintain documentation If you are interested in this position, do not hesitate and email your complete application documents with photo and salary expectation to us. • Permanent position • Try & Hire • 8200 Schaffhausen • Published 4 hours ago
