What you can achieve ###

• You take overall responsibility for the real estate and technical building management of the BSZ Stiftung - a diverse portfolio with residential and commercial buildings at 8 locations in the Canton of Schwyz.
• You bear responsibility for a well-coordinated team of 16 people, including one direct subordinate as well as five clients - professionally, personally, organizationally, and financially.
• You ensure the sustainable preservation of value of our real estate portfolio and are responsible for maintenance, renovation, and construction projects - from strategic planning to successful implementation.
• You shape our infrastructure in an orientation towards the future and ensure an economical, safe, and sustainable operation of our buildings and technical systems.
• You are responsible for contract and supplier management including tenders and awards and ensure compliance with legal, technical, and safety-relevant specifications.
• You advise the management in strategic real estate and infrastructure matters and actively further develop our real estate management.

What you bring with you ###

• Higher education or further training (HF/FH) in the field of Facility Management, building technology, real estate management, construction, or a comparable specialty.
• Several years of leadership and professional experience in technical building or real estate management.
• Sound knowledge in the areas of maintenance, construction projects, as well as budget and investment planning.
• Experience in contract and supplier management as well as in dealing with legal and safety-relevant requirements.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, efficient work organization, and a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• High social competence, communication strength, and sensitivity to the environment of a social institution for interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Confident use of digital work tools, driver's license, and very good German language skills.
