These are your tasks: • Main responsibility for a national mandate with major locations in Aarau, Luzern, Zürich, St. Gallen and various external locations • Responsibility for the acquisition of additional services and for the further development of the local contract • Effective leadership and development of highly qualified teams • Ensuring the control of expenses and development of the budget • Cooperation with the country teams and country experts via a matrix structure • Creation of monthly P&Ls at contract level • Reporting on SLAs • Cooperation with subject matter experts to ensure innovation, quality assurance, best practice and compliance standards • QHSE responsibility This is what we expect from you: • You have several years of proven experience in Facility Management with a focus on cleaning and ideally in the hotel industry in which you had responsibility for results and budget (proven track record in the area of Business Development) • You bring several years of direct leadership experience of teams that you also knew how to motivate in challenging situations • Experience in decentralized structures • Communication talent at different levels • You are a service-oriented networker as well as a team player who thinks and acts in a solution-oriented and entrepreneurial manner • You proceed in a structured manner, are well organized and look for innovative solutions for all parties involved. You promote your employees in a targeted and individual manner • You maintain the necessary calm as well as the broad perspective and overview even in hectic situations • Very good German skills are mandatory, English and French are an advantage In this position, you have a lot of scope for maneuver and personal responsibility and work in an exciting and dynamic environment.
