Job description

• Operation of tower cranes according to SUVA regulations
• Participation in lifting maneuvers on construction sites
• Preparation, control, and securing of loads before lifting
• Communication on the ground with teams (signals, radio, gestures)
• Routine maintenance and daily inspection of the crane
• Active support to the masonry team when necessary (mandatory laborer tasks)
• Strict compliance with SUVA standards, safety procedures, and internal directives

Profile sought

• Mandatory SUVA category B permit (tower crane operator)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a crane operator on construction sites in Switzerland
• Mandatory skills as a mason's laborer (formwork, preparation, handling)
• Very good knowledge of Swiss safety standards (SUVA, SECO)
• Ability to work precisely, responsibly, and autonomously
• Good physical resistance and a keen sense of safety
• Team spirit, reliability, punctuality
• Driving license B an asset (depending on travel)
