Job Description

• Goal-oriented and project-related preparation and execution of construction sites
• Adherence to the deadlines and quality specifications of the clients
• Economic deployment planning of personnel, equipment, and material
• Independent and responsible management of the construction site and the construction site personnel
• Electronic reporting
• Co-shaping occupational safety and implementing SUVA guidelines and occupational safety regulations

• Several years of experience as a foreman (f/m/d)
• Experience in urban road and civil engineering or in the construction of complex infrastructure projects
• Independent, committed, and reliable way of working
• Cooperative conduct and enjoyment of teamwork
• Hands-on mentality and high flexibility as well as ability to learn round off your profile
• As a team player, you share your knowledge and enjoy working interdisciplinarily with other trades
• You are able to act flexibly and quickly as well as to provide excellent performance under pressure
• Driver's license B and M1 training

Requirement Profile

You are responsible for the technical and timely coordination of the construction processes of your construction projects in road and civil engineering. In addition, you report the construction process, working and machine hours, as well as any measurements daily and in detail to your supervisor and lead your team on the construction site.

• Completed training as a foreman, with a certificate of achievement as a construction foreman
• Strength in the practice-oriented organization and management of construction sites
• Ability for entrepreneurial thinking and independent, cost-conscious action
• High motivation to lead employees
• Broad specialist knowledge in the field of road construction and a high degree of reliability
• Skill in dealing with clients and construction management
• Existing know-how in IT and enthusiasm for digital construction
