Your daily life with us
Provide quality care to residents, respecting safety, comfort, and the ethical rules of the profession
Actively participate in the team's services by applying work instructions
Transmit information related to care and contribute to the continuity of care management
Supervise new colleagues and trainees
Encourage resident participation in animation activities
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules as well as the proper use of equipment
Maintain a relationship of listening, respect, and empathy, including in crisis or end-of-life situations
Your profile
A health auxiliary certificate (CRS), an AFP in care and support (ASA) or equivalent diploma or experience as a nursing assistant
Sense of responsibility, reliability and true team spirit
Good interpersonal skills: listening, respect, empathy
Sensitivity to the needs and expectations of elderly people and their relatives
Experience in an EMS is an asset
