We are a residential group for eight people in need of support. Our work is characterized by respectful and warm coexistence. We accompany people in their home and build community life together. Our goal is to strengthen the autonomy, joy of living, and participation of the individuals.

Your tasks

• Contribute to the creation of a safe and dynamic living environment
• Establish relationships with empathy, clarity, and reliability
• Responsible participation within the team, including weekend and on-call services
• Taking charge of organizational tasks and reference work

What you bring

• A completed training as a social educator HF/FH or FaBe EFZ
• If you apply as a career changer, we would like you to already have experience in the field of support or health.
• Empathy, practical sense, and authenticity
• Interest in reflection and personal development
