Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Assume responsibility as Service Asset and Configuration Manager for the main Defence Platform (DP) Division of UFIT • Manage CMDB data and the resource lifecycle (SACM) • Develop, implement and update ServiceNow applications and modules • Automate the distribution and management of configurations in a DevOps environment • Monitor, analyze errors and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform <br /> What distinguishes you • Several years of experience with ServiceNow; the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a preferred qualification • Experience with ServiceNow Development, in particular Script Includes, Discovery, Client Scripts and UI Policies • Good problem-solving skills and analytical approach • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM systems • Good programming knowledge in JavaScript, REST APIs and web technologies <br /> In summary We develop and manage ServiceNow for the Swiss Army and for UFIT. The platform serves as an independent and crisis-resistant ICT infrastructure. In this role, you will contribute to the design of cutting-edge technology and propose innovative ideas. As a DevOps engineer, you will be responsible for the provisioning, development and management of ServiceNow instances in a complex development, test and production environment. Furthermore, you will assume responsibility as SACM and will be responsible for the related process for the DP of UFIT.
