Regional Technical Support Manager French/German (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission:

As a true field pillar, you will intervene within various subsidiaries in the cantons of Fribourg, Vaud and Bienne.

Your role: to support, guide and energize local technical teams.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise and accompany a small team of technicians within each subsidiary
• Provide your technical expertise (bodywork, mechanics, sheet metal work…)
• Advise, support and train employees on best practices and quality standards
• Coordinate intervention planning and optimize local processes
• Guarantee the link between the field and management, while ensuring fluid communication
• Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our sites

-> A key, varied position, with a direct impact on the functioning of the subsidiaries.

Your profile:

• CFC in bodywork-sheet metal, automotive mechanic or equivalent training
• Ideally supplemented by commercial training
• Native French speaker
• Excellent command of German (min. C1)
• Comfortable on the road: you like to travel and appreciate days that are not alike
• Autonomous, dynamic, solution-oriented
• Taste for human contact, support and the transmission of skills
• Desire to grow within a rapidly developing company
