For our AMAG Retail operation in Oftringen, we are looking for you as a Service Advisor (m/f/d) 80-100%.

In Oftringen, people, paths and stories meet every day. You are more than just the interface between customers and the workshop: You listen, advise personally and find solutions that fit.

• Customer relationship manager: You greet our customers at the reception and ensure the first contact, both on the telephone and personally on site

• Quote professional: You create quotes according to the order, check vehicles for cleanliness and completeness and take care of professional order processing
• Mobility master: You ensure a pleasant atmosphere and convince our customers with your specialist knowledge and your passion for holistic mobility

What you bring with you ##

• Vocational training and commercial expertise: You have automotive technical training, such as Automobilfachfrau/-mann EFZ or Automobil Mechatroniker/-in EFZ and have good commercial knowledge as well as several years of professional experience as a Service Advisor
• E-mobility expert: You have experience in e-mobility and a good understanding of high-voltage technology
• Service professional: You are sociable, enjoy approaching people and impress with your advisory competence and persuasiveness
• Mindset master: You are resilient, deal positively with pressure and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer-oriented nature as well as your specialist knowledge and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mixture
• Communicator: Ideally, you have solid English skills and can express yourself confidently
• IT expert: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication and the use of AI tools
• Driving professional: Valid driver's license Cat. B
