For our client in the Burgdorf region, we are looking for a committed and technically skilled individual as a Project Manager Construction & Development (m/f/d) 80–100 % in permanent employment, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent processing of development and construction projects
• Development and construction from the first project idea through the prototype to the finished serial product
• Planning, organization, and assembly of prototypes
• Execution and documentation of technical tests and measurements
• Development and construction of aids and fixtures for production
• Creation of technical drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation
• Creation and maintenance of technical documents and work instructions
• Execution of GAP analyses and risk analyses
• Creation and processing of checklists as well as work and process instructions
• Creation of installation and maintenance documents
• Close cooperation with the departments of Quality Management, Production, Assembly, and Purchasing

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training with further education, for example as Techniker/in HF
• Experience in construction and product development is an advantage
• Good knowledge in handling 3D-CAD systems, ideally Autodesk Inventor
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of innovative solutions
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Analytical thinking skills and solution-oriented approach
• Team player, communicative, and committed personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
