Fiduciary Clerk

CORE Treuhand AG - a company of CORE Partner AG - is a competent and renowned fiduciary and advisory company with locations in Bern, Düdingen and Freiburg. With around 90 employees, we offer our clients comprehensive services in the areas of fiduciary, auditing, taxes, pension, business and legal advisory as well as digital transformation and Abacus solutions. As an Abacus Classic Partner with our own ERP team, we work digitally and paperless.

To strengthen our team in Bern at Eigerstrasse 60, we are looking for a Fiduciary Clerk 80-100% immediately or by arrangement.

• Internal Abacus training by our own ERP team as well as specialist training by specialists within our own company

Your tasks:

• Collaboration in the support of fiduciary mandates for SMEs from various industries, with the perspective of taking over your own mandates later
• Assistance with interim and annual financial statements, incl. VAT returns
• Maintaining payroll accounting incl. social security settlements (if desired)
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• A few years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• IT affinity and future-oriented way of thinking, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Cheerful personality with the desire to develop yourself further
