tasks

• you are responsible for order processing in sales every morning
• in doing so, you prepare offers, order confirmations, invoices and customs documents for export to European foreign countries
• triggering orders to suppliers for procurement rounds off your versatile activity

requirements

• you have training as a clerk (Kauffrau / Kaufmann) or equivalent
• furthermore, you possess good knowledge of MS Office applications and in ERP programs and have professional experience in sales and customs
• basic knowledge of French is very helpful for these tasks
• do you feel addressed as a well-organized, communicative and independently working specialist with a proactive mindset?
