Operational Buyer (w/m/d)

Your tasks ###

• Preparation and conduct of price, contract, and condition negotiations with suppliers.
• Independent processing and monitoring of orders, forecasts, order confirmations, delivery dates, framework agreements, and invoices.
• Analysis of procurement and supplier markets as well as conducting make-or-buy analyses.
• Processing of quality deviations, supplier returns, and repair orders
• Maintenance and further development of supplier relationships as well as master data management in the ERP system.

Your profile ###

• Business administration further training at HF/FH level
• Several years of professional experience in the purchasing of a manufacturing industrial or mechanical engineering company
• Experience in the procurement of technical components as well as in reading technical drawings, bills of materials, and specifications
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Business fluent German and English in spoken and written form
