Tasks

• Management and personnel responsibility for the sheet metal and locksmithing division, including training and development of employees
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of manufacturing processes while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines
• Optimization of workflows and increasing efficiency
• Close cooperation with design and sales, as well as development of customer-specific solutions
• Material planning and inventory management, as well as maintenance and servicing of machines and tools
• Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with environmental standards
• Active practical collaboration on relevant tasks – not purely desk-based work

Profile

• Several years of professional experience as a locksmith, sheet metal worker, or in a comparable position with sound knowledge of sheet metal and construction technology
• Experience in an SME environment as well as ideally in personnel management
• Confident handling of common machines and tools as well as CAD or technical drawings
• Organizational skills, cost awareness, safety mindset, and reliability
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Down-to-earth mentality – you roll up your sleeves and get hands-on where necessary, without hierarchical circumstances
• Forward-looking and independent personality who recognizes challenges early and proactively initiates solutions
• Willingness for personal and professional development
