Locomotive Maintenance Technician

You give our locomotives the power to roll reliably through Europe - and provide safety and punctuality to passengers and goods alike. With a sense for technology and your trained eye, you keep our fleet storm-proof on the tracks. This is how the BLS stays in motion, day and night. ###

What awaits you:

• Diagnose and analyze faults in locomotives and components
• Perform demanding repair and maintenance work on locomotives and components
• Record maintenance data

What you bring with you:

• Completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechanic EFZ, automation technician EFZ, construction machinery mechanic EFZ with a flair for electrical matters or comparable
• Enjoyment in the combination of electrical and mechanical work
• Very good German language skills as well as good IT user skills
• You work reliably, independently, and take responsibility
• Readiness for irregular working hours, late shifts, and weekend work
