• Advise customers in the Kommando Operationen on all ICT topics and actively help shape long-term strategies
• Lead smaller ICT projects, participate in and plan larger ones, and budget the requirement for IT services (hardware and software)
• Coordinate and implement ICT specifications, training, and standards in cooperation with technically subordinate superusers
• Ensure rapid and competent problem solving and ensure the availability of ICT resources according to Service Level Agreements and service contracts
• Prepare, test, and implement system changes (hardware and software) according to applicable specifications

• University of applied sciences or university degree (FH, ETH, Uni - Bachelor/Master) in the direction of computer science or comparable training
• Informatik EFZ is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in Requirements Engineering as well as experience in collaborating with business analysis teams
• Analytical and networked thinking as well as high customer and service orientation
• Independent, goal-oriented, and quality-conscious way of working
• Strong communication skills, teamwork skills, as well as good oral and written knowledge of a second official language

The Kommando Operationen (Kdo Op) is responsible for all military operations and deployments of the Swiss Army. Kdo Op includes, among others, the Luftwaffe, the Heer, the four Territorial divisions, the SWISSINT competence center, the Kommando Spezialkräfte, as well as the Militärpolizei. Around 40 % of the approx. 2'500 employees are civilly employed -- from engineers to aircraft mechanics to analysts. The Schweizer Armee employs over 9'000 employees in four military and around 200 civil professions -- and this at 110 locations throughout Switzerland.
