Your role
Lead complex and large-scale HR mandates
Analyze, structure and model HR and salary data
Advise management in their HR policies and transformations
Present and defend analyses and recommendations to general management and public authorities
Facilitate sessions and working groups
Maintain quality relationships with clients and identify the evolution of their needs
Participate directly in the management and strategic decisions of the company and take a decisive role in its development
Your profile
The position is aimed at a person presenting, beyond their HR and organizational skills, very high ease with numbers, data, and IT tools for processing and analysis.
Higher education at university or HES level in HR, management, economics, organization or in an analytical or quantitative discipline
Confirmed experience in an HR leadership function or in functions with a strong consulting and analysis component, in a company, within a public or parapublic organization, or in a consulting firm
Experience in leading complex projects involving stakeholders at a decision-making level
Excellent analytical, synthesis and structuring skills
Advanced mastery of Excel and good understanding of tools for processing, analyzing, visualizing and modeling data, with the ability to analyze and exploit the results
Excellent ease in public speaking, presentation and argumentation with decision-makers
Autonomy, rigor, listening skills and sense of responsibility
Entrepreneurial flair and willingness to get directly involved in the management, capital and development of the company
