Your tasks at your new employer
You ensure the complete monitoring of accounts receivable by checking invoices, establishing periodic billing, following collections, and managing reminders with rigor
You take charge of banking operations by checking expense reports, recording cash movements, and preparing monthly closing entries with precision
You contribute to analytical accounting by performing VAT declarations, accruals, budgets, as well as the preparation of closing and audit files
You manage operations related to suppliers, manual payments, and miscellaneous entries while ensuring reliable filing and structured administrative correspondence
You also intervene in real estate accounting and certain projects, and support the supervision of an apprentice
You offer your new employer
You have professional training in accounting or training corresponding to the requirements of a versatile financial function, with a solid understanding of current accounting operations
You value practical experience in financial and analytical accounting as well as any continuing education that strengthens your mastery of closings, VAT, or budgets
You are proficient in French both orally and in writing and are comfortable in professional exchanges as well as in administrative correspondence
You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and are comfortable with office tools, ERPs, and accounting management software
You are a rigorous, organized, and reliable person, you appreciate varied work, know how to maintain a good overview, and collaborate easily with a team
