Operational/Strategic Buyer (w/m/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Independent material procurement from inquiry to invoice verification based on requirements from the ERP system
• Ensuring timely and cost-effective material availability for production and operations
• Monitoring and tracking orders as well as processing delivery deviations, complaints, and 8D reports
• Obtaining and evaluating offers as well as conducting price, condition, and contract negotiations
• Support, evaluation, and further development of existing suppliers as well as building new national and international partnerships
• Maintenance and updating of ERP, supplier, and article data
• Participation in the optimization of purchasing processes, supplier evaluations, as well as Lean and KVP projects
• Close cooperation with production, AVOR, and other internal interfaces

Your Profile ###

• Completed commercial or technical basic training as well as further training as a Purchasing Specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge in the application of ERP systems and confident handling of MS-Office
• Experience in negotiating with suppliers as well as in drafting contracts, ideally in a machine, plant, or production environment
• Analytical thinking with strategic affinity
• Very good German as well as good English skills
