To strengthen our Flexible Packaging department, we are looking for the following, effective immediately or by arrangement: Flexographic Printer Plastic Packaging (a, 100%) Your activities with us: Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of our modern 6-color central cylinder flexographic printing machine Professional printing of production orders according to work instructions as well as performing approvals and in-process controls Adjustment of printing colors according to color templates as well as ensuring and documenting quality and production data Assembly and change of printing plates as well as continuous monitoring of print quality Carrying out cleaning and simple maintenance work in compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations Support in the induction of new employees as well as accompanying employees in training Active participation in Lean Management and KVP measures for the continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and equipment availability Co-shaping a safe, clean, and 5S-organized workplace You have experience in flexographic printing and enjoy a technically demanding activity in a quality-oriented production environment. You bring with you: Completed vocational training as a flexographic printer, printing technologist, or a comparable qualification Professional experience on central cylinder flexographic printing machines Experience in handling solvent-based printing inks Technical understanding of plastic films and their processing Independent, structured, and precise way of working High quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility Teamwork skills, resilience, and a solution-oriented personality Willingness to work in 2-shift operation Good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least level B2) Your future environment: With us, you will take on a versatile and responsible task in a growing company with an international orientation.
