Senior Program Manager (100%)

Your tasks ## • You significantly drive the transformation at the interface of strategy and implementation and ensure that this ambitious structural reform is effectively implemented • Together with the research institutes, you design and implement the Target Operating Models and integration architectures for Finance, HR and IT • You translate strategic decisions into actionable programs with realistic decision-making and governance structures • You design the implementation of the transformation and ensure prudent and effective change and stakeholder management • You are a sparring partner for the program management and drive topics forward even where interests diverge and decisions are politically sensitive Your profile ## • Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field of study • Several years of experience in the design and implementation of transformations in complex organizations (public context, science or large organizations an advantage) • Demonstrable success in cross-organizational integration projects such as the establishment of shared services, harmonization projects or the development of new operating models • Strong ability to develop viable and implementable solutions in politically influenced and stakeholder-intensive contexts • Ability to switch confidently between strategic concepts, governance issues and operational implementation • Proven leadership experience in demanding environments with highly qualified specialists • High personal sovereignty, decisiveness and assertiveness • Very good German and English skills We offer ## An extraordinary key task awaits you with high visibility, great opportunities for design and direct influence on the strategic realignment of the service organizations of the four research institutes of the ETH area.
