For a retirement and nursing home in the Bern region, we are looking for a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) for a permanent position. The focus is on the individual needs, independence, and quality of life of the residents. You accompany them over a longer period and can thereby build trusting relationships. At the same time, you work in a care environment in which professional exchange and mutual support play an important role

Your tasks at the new employer

• Care for and accompany residents individually and support them in maintaining their independence and quality of life in the best possible way
• Take on nursing and medical-technical activities within your competencies and observe health changes attentively
• Contribute your observations to the care process
• Help shape the everyday life of the residents and document your nursing services completely and carefully

You offer your new employer

• You have completed training as a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage or you want to develop specifically in this area
• You work independently, responsibly, and meet older people attentively and appreciatively
• With your open and humorous manner, you like to contribute to the team and value good cooperation
