To strengthen our growing Medical team, we are looking for a motivated person who wants to passionately develop the French-speaking market of the Berne region. You will be the preferred interlocutor for our clients and candidates in the health and social sectors, while actively contributing to the development of your region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen our network of clients and candidates in the regions of Neuchâtel, Fribourg and Jura bernois
• Ensure the follow-up and commercial development of these regions
• Recruit professionals as well as managers in the medical and social sectors
• Actively prospect for new clients, by telephone, via digital tools and in the field
• Conduct recruitment interviews and support candidates throughout the selection process
• Advise and build loyalty with existing clients while developing new partnerships
• Work autonomously with clear objectives and a large margin of maneuver
• Place candidates matching our clients' needs in temporary assignments, permanent positions or within our emergency pool

Profile

• Experience as a recruitment consultant, personnel advisor and/or in recruitment / human resources
• Excellent command of French (C2 level or native language)
• Good knowledge of German, both oral and written
• Experience or interest in the health or social sectors is an asset
• Strong taste for business development, networking and human contact
• Autonomous, persevering, positive and solution-oriented personality
• Category B driving license
