In the newly founded Massnahmenkosten team, you will take on an important role from the beginning. With your expertise, you will contribute to ensuring that measure costs are managed carefully, efficiently, and traceably. Work in a meaningful environment where, together with your team, you make an important contribution in the field of child and adult protection.

Your tasks

• Ensuring efficient, legally compliant, and economical processing of all measure costs for the KESB locations
• Checking cost statements, managing cost approvals, and monitoring deadlines and financial flows
• Calculating, billing, and claiming cost participations, and providing preparatory support for legal proceedings in child protection
• Checking, posting, and processing accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices and submitting claims
• Maintaining client accounting, creating control lists, and processing payments to mandate holders and foster parents

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in a similar environment, ideally in public administration
• Federal Diploma in Accounting or Social Insurance Specialist is an advantage
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping, invoice filing, and in-depth knowledge of social insurance law
• Good written and oral skills in German and French
• Organized, reliable, and exact way of working
