Important remarks: Hours Monday to Friday 6h30/16h15, approximately 6 Saturdays to manage peaks related to public holidays. ### What you accomplish * Lead and develop a team of employees (approximately 8 people) * Ensure the management of goods entries (control, system update, put-away) as well as the collection and processing of packaging * Organize appraisal interviews and conduct annual evaluations of employee skills * Participate in the implementation of the continuous improvement process (PAC) in operational activities * Plan and carry out inventories * Participate in specific projects ### What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (CFC) * Specialization: in the field of logistics, completed by a federal diploma of specialist in logistics * Professional experience: Professional experience: 3-5 years in a comparable function * Proven experience in team leadership * Analytical mind, process-oriented and capable of network thinking * An ability to reflect and carry out cross-functional actions * Very good communication skills and high social skills * French (C1) * German (A1) * English (ADVANTAGEOUS) ### What we offer you * Company parking: Free parking: Do you come by car?
