With us, you take on responsibility and actively help shape decisions. Your tasks You take over the independent management of demanding structural engineering projects across all SIA phases. This includes in particular: Independent construction management from tendering to warranty acceptance Coordination of contractors, specialist planners, authorities, and clients Ensuring quality, costs, deadlines, and occupational safety Preparing submissions as well as participation in contractor awards Cost control, measurement verification, and additional claim management Organization and management of construction meetings including minute-taking Contact person for all project participants What you bring with you Certified Construction Manager HF or Technician HF Structural Engineering (or comparable training) At least two years of experience in construction management Sound knowledge of the SIA phases Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working You communicate openly, act in a solution-oriented manner, and actively contribute to the common project success.
